Happy Monday! Hope you had an amazing weekend!
It is a crazy busy week for me school/work and personal life wise, so here's hoping we can actually stick to a menu plan and make most of our meals at home this week. If we don't, then we can always push some to next week : )
Still trying to clean out some space in the fridge/freezer this week so our meals will be relying on what we have on hand mostly.
We will be having:
WW Honey Crunch Chicken, smashed red potatoes, veggies
Skinny Enchiladas & veggies
Breakfast for Dinner: whole wheat pancakes, crock pot apples, eggs
One meal out between work and an evening work event
