Hope you and your families had an amazing Easter weekend. We have off school again today so I am loving this extended break.
I still have family in town tonight and we will be doing stuff with friends this weekend so only cooking from Tuesday through Friday is find with me.
This Week's Menu (Tuesday-Friday)
- Honey Glazed Ham with veggies
- Tomato Parmesan Soup with WW Cheddar Biscuits
- Baked Honey Crunch Chicken with roasted baby potatoes (my grandma gave us a bag this weekend)
- Peanut Sesame Noodles with salad
I can't wait to try CopyKat's version of make at home Cold Stone Cake Batter Ice Cream for our sweet treat this week.
