Menu Plan Monday 5/7

Happy Monday! Hope you had an amazing weekend!


It's another busy week in our house so we are going to be kind of winging it this week with dinner. Hopefully I will be able to stick to my plan but if not we have lots of quick and easy things in the freezer to throw together.

We will be having:

Grilled Chicken with pesto spaghetti squash

Spinach Artichoke Bake with salad and bread

Easy dinner of ravioli, salad and bread

Leftover buffet 

Dinner with family

I am also going to make something sweet for the teachers at school so I will either be making Magic Cookie Bars or Gooey Bars since they are both easy and I have the ingredients on hand at home.
