Weekly Totals Link Up: Saved 67% With Veggies & Chicken

I am so proud of my shopping trip today! It is proof that you can buy healthy, fresh and natural products and still save lots of money. I only spent $30 at Publix today and that included chicken, veggies, eggs, lots of almond milk, good cheeses and more. Looking for ways to save and find coupons on healthy/natural items? Check out my post on it HERE.

Since I will be leaving Justin here to fend for himself cooking wise for the next four days, I just grabbed some fresh stuff and the great deals today. Our pantry is nice and full and we cleaned out this fridge this week, so I was able to spend most of my budget today on fresh items.

I did swing by Publix on Monday to take advantage of the new Target coupon on all laundry detergent. I had passed on the $3.50 sale ($2.50 after man. coupon) last Thursday but when the new $1 off Target printable surfaced, I couldn't resist the chance to grab my brand of laundry detergent for $1.50 each.

Spent $6 total, saved $31.69
